The 1405 Tempe Pressure Cell is used to determine the water-holding characteristics of a soil sample (up to 2 bar). The cell accepts an undisturbed soil sample contained in a 3-1/2″ (8.8 cm) outside diameter x 3 cm tall cylinder, such as that taken with The 0212 Soil Core Sampler. Cell comes with a 2 Bar, High Flow Ceramic Plate.
