The 1400 Tempe Pressure Cell is used to determine the water-holding characteristics of a soil sample (up to 2 bar). The cell accepts an undisturbed soil sample contained in a 2-1/4″ (5.7 cm) diameter x 6 cm tall cylinder, such as that taken with The 0200 Soil Core Sampler. Cell comes with a 2 Bar, High Flow Ceramic Plate.
